The Superfund law requires regular checkups of sites that have been cleaned up - with waste managed on-site - to make sure the cleanup continues to protect people and the environment. This is the sixth five-year review for this site. EPA's cleanup included groundwater extraction and treatment, a removal action, a source area cap, connecting one residence to the public water system, property-use restrictions, and monitoring.
