EPA EPA begins review of Perham Arsenic Superfund Site Perham, Minnesota U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is conducting a five-year review of the Perham Arsenic Superfund site located at 665 3rd Ave. S.E., Perham, Minn. The Superfund law requires regular checkups of sites that have been cleaned up - with waste managed on-site - to make sure the cleanup continues to protect people and the environment. This is the sixth five-year review for this site. EPA's cleanup included groundwater extraction and treatment, a removal action, a source area cap, connecting one residence to the public water system, property-use restrictions, and monitoring.
