Otter Tail County Long-Range Strategic Plan Re-Scheduled Open House Meetings March 13 & 14, 2019 OTTER TAI The public is invited to attend the open house meetings, re-scheduled from February 6 & 7, 2019, to discuss the Otter Tail County Long-Range Strategic Plan. The two re-scheduled meeting dates are listed below.
