THE COMPANY: Counties Providing POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Executive Director(s), the Technical Support Specialist manages and maintains assigned CPT computer programs for MN and ND counties. This position provides quality customer service to end-users by resolving queries, providing solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Associate Degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science or equivalent education and experience in technical support, accounting, programming, data analysis or related field. ESSENTIAL QUALITIES: You can solve widely varied complex problems using analytical ability and inductive thinking in complex situations. You 'use excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build client confidence and connections. You embrace teamwork and can also work independently. You are a highly adaptable lifelong learner. EMPLOYMENT VARIABLES: 37.5 hours/week Work is typically performed at our office, conveniently located on Atlantic Avenue in Morris. Starting wage is $21.37-$28.90 per hour DOQ. $700 per month employer paid contribution toward the purchase of group health and voluntary benefits. Employer contribution of 7.5% PERA retirement account. Employee earns vacation and sick leave accruals and receives eleven paid holidays annually.
