20 units, each with a single bedroom
All utilities (excluding TV and phone) included in rent
Hot water baseboard heat
Car plug-ins available for winter use
Handicap accessible walk-in shower with grab bars
Life-line service with 24 hour response, included in rent
Community room has 42in. plasma TV and Yamaha organ
Noon meal available from Meals-On-Wheels program
Heritage Manor is an independent living facility. The resident can choose to contract with local individuals and agencies for medical and housekeeping services, if they desire.

Heritage Manor is a HUD (U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development) subsidized apartment building for low income seniors, age 62 and older.
