About
The History, Arts and Cultural Association (or HACA for short) has a mission to unite humanities, art, community and culture. HACA currently operates the Pioneer Village, HACA Art & Events Gallery, In Their Own Words Veterans Museum, the History Museum and Historical Society of East Otter Tail County, and related spaces and programs. HACA is also involved in related programs in the community, such as providing management of Perham's recent public art project, a block long bas relief mural by artist Cindee Lundin.
