Perham Health Foundation is excited to announce Blue at the Barn. Proceeds are designated to support The Connection program. The Connection is a local, one-stop referral center for all senior services offered in Perham and the surrounding area. Seniors or their families can click, call, or visit when services are needed and they do not know where to turn. The community navigator will introduce them to agencies that offer services and follow-up after to make sure needs are met. The goal of the program is to provide support to help keep seniors in their own homes as long as possible. The Connection is supported with a $150,000 grant from the Margaret A. Cargill Foundation. Your support provides a local funding match for the navigator position.
