Referrals are made by physicians or providers from the Tri-County Health Care clinics in Bertha, Henning, Ottertail, Sebeka, Verndale and Wadena. Referrals are also welcome from specialists and other area medical practitioners.
In addition, Tri Rehab Services is a direct access facility, meaning you do not need a referral to seek rehab services. However, please check with your insurance for coverage details.
